A Founder's Story
I’m Barbara Mariner. German-born and dual citizen, I'm now rooted in Colorado Springs, though my life and work have always stretched across cultures. I’ve hosted countless dinners, curated conversations, and guided people toward clarity in both life and work.

The Sovereign Table grew out of a deep observation: success on paper doesn’t always translate into joy or fulfillment. Too many professionals live on autopilot: overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of what truly matters. I know this feeling firsthand. Rebuilding from burnout myself, I realized how urgent it is to create spaces where people can pause, recharge, and realign their lives with what they value most.
