No. The Sovereign Table comes to you: a private dinner in your home, at your table, for your guests. Each dinner is built around one region of Europe. You get its food, its wine, its music, and the stories that explain why any of it tastes the way it does. The Sovereign Table is built on the belief that fine dining should feel like returning home.

With the Dinner Series, the work is already done. Each month I choose a region, build the menu, and write the stories — you just pick a date and invite your people. With a Custom Table, you choose the region, and everything is built around your choice: the menu, the wine list, the story arc for the evening. It takes more lead time (at least a month) and is quoted individually, since every Custom Table is different. If you want something ready to go, start with the Dinner Series. If you want the region to be your choice, go custom.

Up to ten, because a story needs a table, not a crowd. You count too: you're a guest at your own dinner. Four to eight is the sweet spot.

I encourage dressing up. It changes how the evening feels before the first glass is poured. I show up that way too.

This is built as an adult evening — multi-course, wine-paired, seated for a couple of hours. It's best suited for guests 18 and up.
